Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount*. If a client no-shows for an appointment without any advance notice they will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. *We completely understand that life happens and will work with you to reschedule the appointment to the best of our ability, if you contact us beforehand.* If you will be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment please notify us as soon as possible. 15 minutes late will result in an missed appointment and the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. 

*** Microblading appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance to avoid a full service charge. 2nd session microblading appointments are complimentary but failure to cancel on time will lead to a $40 charge, as we are blocking that time in our schedule.
